1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plinto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plinto is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to match internal job data to external survey benchmarks for compensation analysis. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written consent

6. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Plinto. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plinto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
